  • ½ tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • pinch salt sea salt
  • 3 Kaiser rolls round, 4-inch diameter, 1.5-inch thick, slice horizontally
  • cup butter salted, melted
  • 2 cups cheese cheddar-mozzarella mix, grated
  • ½ tsp oregano dried
  • fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to indirect heat at around 400°F (200°C).
