- 30 g shrimp 375 g, large, frozen, deveined, defrosted and dried
- 1½ tsp chilli powder hot, Indian
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2½ tsp olive oil extra virgin
- ¾ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
Optional garnish
- lime segments
- chilli flakes
- cilantro or parsley leaves

Preheat your grill to medium-high.

Toss shrimp with garlic powder, chilli powder, turmeric, olive oil, lime juice and salt.

Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, starting from the tail end and piercing through the thickest part. Aim for 5 shrimp per skewer, preparing a total of 6 skewers.

Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes on one side, then carefully flip and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
